THE PEP PROJECT started with a simple observation: most supplements fail not in the lab, but in the kitchen cupboard.
We kept buying the right things and not taking them. Bottles of capsules too big to swallow. Powders that needed a shaker. Gummies with more sugar than sense. The ingredients were fine — the format was the problem.
